"I am very picky when it comes to hotels, and normally find myself finding something to complain about, but not this time. The hotel was delightful, well laid out, very well maintained and the staff were all charming and helpful. They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had as there was always lots of choice and variety. We would very happily stay here again."

"Gregory and all the staff took a keen interest in us as people. From the minute we arrived they helped us and showed us around. Gregory’s father works there as well and he gave me some of his sun screen when we had none. They opened the veranda dining are early for plus to eat our take out food. "This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. "This is a lovely hotel in a good location in the Old Town. It is convenient to the central square and to steps that will take you down to the waterfront where you can walk around to the other side of the hill to the local beach (which is a wonderful place to swim). Rooms on the upper floors have balconies, rooms on the main floor do no, but all rooms on the fronts side of the building have a view out over the town to the sea. Rooms were very comfortable. Towels were big and fluffy. The shower temperature was often lukewarm. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Staff were always on hand to help. Note that parking is always an issue in the Old Town but there are two parking lots in relatively close proximity in which you might be able to get a spot of you are lucky."
