"El hotel es mi favorito, sin embargo me siento un poco frustrado ya que la habitación que tuve asignada tenía un olor raro pero no le di importancia. Ahora que estoy en otra ciudad y saco mi ropa me doy cuenta que el olor raro que sentía estaba como disfrazado y era olor a cigarro que se impregnó en toda toda mi ropa. Muy mal que el trabajo de eliminación de olores solo los disfrace. Por lo demás, todo perfecto, especialmente la señorita de recepción muy amable."
