"The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. "

"I booked the Hot tub room through Expedia and got told I booked through a third party so they gave away my room for the night to someone else. Called me 20 minutes before check in. Not the workers fault - but upset that I didn’t get the room that was the whole reason why I booked there. What’s the point of Expedia if it’s not going to work."

"My room could’ve been much more cleaner. There was a lot of dust everywhere and also they did not change out the lotion in the bathroom, which is pretty unsanitary. And this day and age is not OK to be reusing the same opened lotion bottles. Staff was very kind and very attentive. The only issue I had was trying to call the front desk. It took several times for me to do so. Breakfast was very mid not anything to brag about and honestly it cost too much four dollars for a cup of orange juice is...

"The staff and breakfast was great. Old property pictures indicated a hot tub, but just be aware it is filled in and covered over. Other than that, the only other issue was that we had queen beds and definitely got full sized beds, which made for a few rough nights of sleep."
