"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"It is an average hotel, mainly for conferences (as it had 5+ conference rooms). The location was near the Straits of Johore, and thats why we choose it. Unfortunately there is nothing around the hotel except army facilities and buildings - no local shops. Due to road works the road trip took over 30 minutes to get the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel was the free bus trip to the MRT station, for a quick and very cheap trip back to the airport."

"Nice location and clean and spacious room. Only thing negative is the sounds coming from the external walls or ceiling every night. I noticed this everytime I stay in this hotel. For the faint hearted will think is haunted"

"The staff is very helpful. The breakfasts food quality and selection is also excellent. Location is pretty convenient; food is easily accessible and easy to get to from the airport by bus. The only thing that can be improved is the exercise room"

"The whole area is the red light district. They locked the doors early and opened them later in the AM. I could hear the door bell ringing, because it was locked. They also wanted to check the room before you left. I didn't have anything to hide, it was just weird. Nothing is around the area. "

"It's 10min drive from the airport. I have booked it for an overnight transit that's 10 hours apart for a good rest. "
