"フロントは24時間体制なので安心です。私は飛行機が遅れたため、大変助かりました。気になる箇所として、クーラをかけたため、結露して蛍光灯など複数個所から水滴がかなりの量が落ちてきて、知らずにいるとスーツケース直撃でした。また、ドアがやはり結露によりビショビショでした。お部屋は清潔感があり、私にとっては十分な広さでした。朝ご飯のビュッフェもおいしく、卵料理は注文により、オムレツ、スクランブルなど目の前で作ってくれました。結露を除けば十分満足でしています。"

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
