"This was the perfect place for our two-day recharge before our long-haul flight back to the UK. The rooms were quiet and incredibly comfortable, and our kids (ages 5 & 11) absolutely loved the pool—it was the ideal size and depth for them, clean and safe. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and our pool-view room was phenomenal. We’d love to stay here again!"

"The rooms were new and well kept, and the location was very convenient. However the rooms were very small, and several (like the one I was assigned to) did not have any windows. I also noticed on the first night that my sheets did not look clean, there was some stain on it. They did clean and replace my sheets after a couple nights and towels were replaced daily. The hotel was close to a bus stop that has a good selection of bus routes, including a short ride to downtown. Not so easy access to...

"The staff were brilliant, however the sleeping area (Nap room) was very noisy these rooms are not complete rooms, partition walls which allows light and noise from other guests. Also it was extremely cold in the Nap Room areas. what sleep I did get which was minimal the bet was comfortable.

provided really needs to be upgraded. The shower facilities was great. Will pay the extra in future to stay at a proper hotel within Changi Airport. "
