"The evening staff that was at the front desk upon checking in was about as useful as a book of matches in hell. I asked questions and his answers were only about the one elevator. The breakfast offerings were okay, much better than other chains. The bedding was comfortable with an assortment of firm and soft pillows. The bathroom was large and handicap friendly. I did not like that the room was joined to another, so I tried to block the doorway as I'm not sure how easy it is to access from the...

"Water temperature was little more than look warm. The bathroom shower had cracked tiles and was poorly caulked. While the room overall, was clean and comfortable the bath left one wondering what shape the overall hotel is in.
I opted not to shower because I suspected it might be moldy based on the condition of the tile work and framing."

"Pictures don’t fit the real thing. Very outdated and rooms not very clean. Only 2 towels in the room and none at the pool. We stopped at the desk and asked for more towels, the gentleman was kind and brought us 4 small pool towels and 1 towel said they were in the dryer, asked for room
# and said would send some up in about 30 minutes. They never came so in the morning stopped at desk to request towels and the lady said they were washing, she never checked nothing. My son said to be careful...

"First off numerous guest running up and down hallways all night . Continuing to knock on each other's doors laughing and hollering very loudly. Heard this all night up until 5 to 530 in the morning. Apparently quiet time after 10 pm is a joke. Second floor smells alot like burnt popcorn amd cant be missed. Overall never again."

"I would give this place a below zero rating if I could. The property was very poor, the room was dirt as the doors all had black marks on them, no place to hang clothes, no trash cans. The exhaust in the bathroom was very dirty and had no cover and the ceiling in several places had pieces coming down. The bed by the door was right up against the air conditioner. It was just totally awful and I would NOT let anyone stay there. Also when we told the person at the front desk about not having a...

"Room had holes in the walls, bedding and flooring. The bathroom had nail polish on the light bulbs. The lamp shades were torn up. Only two lights worked. The shower water had to be turned on funny. The bathroom door was falling apart. The main door didn’t shut all the way. Tv remote didn’t work floors were disgustingly dirty my socks were brown."
