"Stayed here for one night, I was told it was on castle grounds and it included a “pastry chef” breakfast in the castle. As far as the room, the window was broken and stuck wide open all day and then we were told we could change rooms at 11 at night- the room we were switched to, also had a broken window. The staff wedged something in there to keep it shut for the night. It was definitely not ideal to pack up and move in the middle of the night. And then the pastry chef breakfast was nothing more...

"The continental breakfast was not restocked leaving very little choice for those that didn’t come early. I got there 30 minutes before the end of the service, and the coffee was gone. In my opinion the coffee and hot water for tea should be a 24 hour service."

"The room was clean and the staff was very kind. The indoor pool was smaller, but very clean. We loved that the place had a pool and hot tub next to each other. The two bedroom suite gave our family of five plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is outside of town, but has a gas station next to it so that was convenient."
