"Just clean enough. The first room we had smelled like an ashtray. The curtains were ripped. We moved rooms. If I would have had a choice I would not stay."

Nice view, pool was fun for our child. Only things we noticed was a dip in the floor in our room near the bed. Great stay, will return!"

"Breakfast was excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are fantastic, pool was excellent and warm, and parking was very convenient. Really the only things I can think of that weren't up to par was the screen in my room window was slightly bent, and getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit tricky if there's much traffic."

"No alarm clock. No coffee pot. No continental breakfast. No tissue paper. No table to eat at. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 11. We were given a room with a king size bed and no hide a bed or cots or anything. 1 king size bed for 4 people. When we asked the front desk what was going on they said we booked through Expedia so they couldn't help us. We paid over 200.00 for our room. Coffee served in the lobby for free from 6-10am only. "Hotel room was great, everything was brand new. The site is still under construction and not everything was fully opened. I see the vision. Loved what they had so far and enjoyed my stay."

"Got ocean view balcony but we're not able to see the fireworks from there due to the trees. The room was clean but the bathroom locking door did not work. The breakfast was good and enjoyed making our own waffles."
