"Everything was actually nice EXCEPT we didn’t pay close enough attention (neither did the other couple on our floor) because there is no bathroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. "

"Location: walkable, close to Seattle Center with grocery store a short walk away. Room: king studio was spacious, clean, and comfortable with 2 closets and a huge TV. Breakfast: lots of options and free, with a spacious dining area.There is also a snack hour with bread and cheese. Parking: underground, 2 levels and $30 per night. Gym: huge with everything for strength and cardio training equipment. Oversll, it’s a great value if you’re in downtown Seattle!"

"Everything was working properly. At first we couldn't enter the room for a short period of time because the key code was incorrect but after that everything was perfect."

"Great staff, clean rooms, common areas, dining and parking garage. The hot tub and pool were fun for the kids and the breakfast was exceptionally nice! At the recommendation of the front desk, we went up to the 4th floor balcony and were stunned with the beautiful views of Mt Rainer and the Seattle skyline. I will recommend this hotel to others. "

"A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good."

"Clean room! Nice Staff! Breakfast was pretty good for free - nothing crazy. Parking was tight but doable. Less than a 10 minute walk to light rail was the best part in my opinion due to visiting for an event downtown Seattle "

"The shadiest property ever. I reported that the fridge in our room was leaking and ruined $70 worth of food and the property manager tried blaming us for it and said they were going to make us pay for the damage. Then they had a maintenance guy come look at it and turns out it was their fault and the fridge was disconnected somehow. They are now refusing to reimburse us for all of the items in the fridge that were ruined because of them. Terrible company, terrible shady staff. Will definitely...

"The staff was lovely! Dan was friendly, courteous and very helpful! Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. The bathrooms are quite dated with several chips and marks. The tv did not have the capability to stream apps or screen mirror, though it said it did. And the room was very noisy (beds creaking, loud AC turning on/off, etc.) "
