"The apartment was located in central location - close to all restaurants, bars and the beach. However the apartment was located in a very industrial area. From the outset, the apartment looked good however the bathrooms were not cleaned, the living area were not vacuumed properly as there were crisp crumbs everywhere and when it rain the roof leaked in the middle of the living room. Very poor experience and never to book again."

"Beautiful property within walking distance of restaurants, takeouts, stores and pubs. All in all a great stay since being there for 5 nights we had a kitchen/fridge/dining table and living room - especially since most breakfast restaurants are not open until 9am. Had some questions about the hot water and the owner was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was too many stairs for us with luggage since I am diabetic and had a broken shoulder. Wasn't a problem without our luggage."

"Didn’t smell fresh, Mattress and pillows need protectors,wand needed for blinds to open and close. Attention to detail, ie grout in shower,and kitchen worktop.Place mats for table and small coffee table would be useful for hot drinks."

"Very comfortable apartment. I stay in Ayr every month for work. This is the best sleep I have got so far in 4 years of monthly visits. Showers good and water always hot. Kitchen good enough. TV enormous, WiFi good and check in and out seamless and hassle free. Hope to stay again soon when it’s available for my trips up here. Very conveniently located, bang in the middle of town."
