"First of $55 / night for parking garage across the street is whack! I had issues with both elevators so it's a hassle dragging bags around. Parking at front lobby is a hassle, not enough space to unload or load up there. Check in was easy but 2/3 elevators were also out inside the hotel. Had to wait long periods until the single elevator had space to get in.. as soon as I walked into room yes it was clean but it stank. Also had issues exiting and entering the parking garage because the key fob wasn't working so I had to call and wait until front desk was available. I usually aim for embassy suites when I go out of town but honestly this has been one of my worst experiences yet with embassy suites. I didn't even bother going into the pool, as soon as you walk in the chlorine scent hits you in the face. The staff overall were helpful and the location was good but it really was a hassle just trying to adapt to whatever was not working."

"No hot water, broken fixtures, broken shower. This property is poorly taken care of. There's little care for upkeep here - v disappointing for price point "

"This was a terrible experience an glass door fell on my daughter the first day of my stay and they did nothing they didn’t even clean up the glass until the next day afternoon they mad us stay in the room with no accommodation for the incident they are even trying not to give me a refund"

"I like how the front desk was trained on not saying my room number out loud. I like that they have a microwave in the unit and dishes to use and a dishwasher. It felt really clean and it was a great quality stay. I felt safe because of the two deadbolt locks inside my unit."

"Such a cute motel. I especially liked the pool. All of the staff I encountered were lovely. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was happy to share things to do in Austin and how to get around. There was also a drag show one afternoon, and the queens came to the pool afterwards to socialize!"
