"Excellent very smart modern hotel in the centre of Ouarzazate with nicely kept grounds and a beautiful big swimming pool (not heated so a bit chilly in April). A nice choice of food with several restaurants. Good prompt room service for dining in room (handy when you arrive between meals). All the facilities you’d expect. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay."

"Très bel endroit calme et raffiné avec un beau jardin chambre agréable et très confortable avec une belle terrasse sur l’atlas. Personnel plein de bonne volonté. Cuisine marocaine soigné et goûteuse avec des bons produits . Piscine annoncé lors du Check in à 23 degrés par le personnel mais en réalité à 17 degrés au thermomètre de celle ci. ( non chauffé ) Longue Piste caillouteuse pour accéder à l’hôtel parfois « compliqué » ( un véhicule pas trop bas s’impose avec une arrivée de jour...

"Well presented hotel, but once you go beyond surface level it really isn't good enough to justify the money or the 5* rating Despite what they claim, none of the pools are heated, so its pretty cold with the sea breeze. The food is below average, little variety and its poor quality mass produced slop. The a la carte restaurants are a bit better, but overall you would really expect the food to be a lot better. Very few activities, often found ourselves struggling to find things to do on...

"Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The hotel is very new and a lot of money was invested into this property. It is still adding finishing details. Front desk staff are fluent in many languages."

"Very clean property with plenty of great food selections. Only improved I’d recommend is adding proper entertainment (like the Moon Palace Cancun). Since many parents with children come here, it would be great to add activities for the kids to keep them busy."

"The architecture and decor of the property was beautiful and was also beautifully situated in the mountains. The 5 course dinner was exceptional and breakfast was incredible as well! You will be cared for with such love while you stay there."

"Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle."
