"Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms.
This was a disaster.
I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel.

No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths.Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing.
