"The communication with the provider was completely unprofessional and bordered on deceptive business practices. The booking information clearly stated that check-in instructions would be sent 24 hours before arrival. Nothing was sent. Despite more than ten attempts to contact the company, nobody responded. Only after filing a second complaint with Hotels.com did they finally send the instructions, and that happened in the afternoon on the day of arrival.

"Was so bad because we was waiting for someone to tell us how to go to the flat for 5 hours then the women was so rude to us and she let me pay 210 PLN more and so annoying "
