"Beautiful and stylish hotel. Common areas were well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor pool, which is quite small, with a limited number of sunbeds, however there was never an issue getting one and they were very comfortable. Our main issue was the size of our bedroom, which was quite small. The bed filled most of the room, with limited additional space. Although, there was good hanging space (and plenty of hangers) in the wardrobe, there were no drawers and limited shelving for other clothing/items."

"You can find fancier hotels in Sorrento but Grand De La Ville is nice enough. Better than basic. Location is good, 6-7 min walk to the center square. Free breakfast buffet is pretty good with American breakfast options like scrambled eggs and an omelet station. Rooms were generously sized. We used the laundry service for a few things and it was perfect “Garden View” rooms overlook apartment buildings… not exactly scenic but we weren’t in the room much. Only good things to say."

"A beautiful property right on the water with excellent coastal views and a private beach. It has a large pool and great gardens and has a great beachfront restaurant. Only about 10 minutes from the City Center and Ferry Docs."

"Property is right next to Sorrento railway station, less than 10mins walk into the main part of town. The room was clean and well presented, with plenty of space for two people. Staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions. The breakfast catered for different tastes and was a handy option for the start of the day. Rooftop bar had a wonderful view as well."

"Best part of the stay is the staff. Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice. They were super helpful in arranging the transportation to the Naples hotel. They also connected us with the doctor for my son’s earache. Although the room and bathroom are tiny the helpful staff made all of forget that even being an isssue."
