"The Hotel Rivage Sorrento was absolutely fantastic, no complaints from us as a group at all. The rooms were a great size and immaculately cleaned each day. The shower, that can be a real deal breaker for us as a family, was amazing, and genuinely no issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially for the older members of the group, and it always seemed like nothing could be too much trouble. Breakfast was always great, but just a bit sweet for my taste. However, that seems to be an Italian style, so I’m not complaining. The only slight flaw was the pool was small, but it was October, so I don’t think I saw anyone trying to use it. Overall, a great choice with all amenities of Sorrento only a short walk away. Would highly recommend"

"The room wasn’t massive, and we didn’t have a very nice view from the balcony (basically over looking a building) but the room was all we needed from it. The bathroom was lovely and I must make mention of the maids and turn down service which was lovely. They were so efficient that we only used a towel once and then it had been replaced even though we’d hung them back up and didn’t really need replacing. Their washing bill must be huge! The bed was really short though; I’m only 5ft4” and my feet were dangling off the end at times so can only imagine it must be annoying for others who are taller. Breakfast was lovely! Great selection and even prosecco and gelato were on offer. I didn’t have any as I don’t want that so early in a morning but it was nice to see it there. The lift down to the beach front was really handy as it made getting to the port really quick and easy. Particularly liked the lift music 😄"

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Capri and would like to give a special thank you to Teresa for making our experience so enjoyable! The hotel has a wonderful ambience, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The food was delicious, and everything was excellent throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Teresa was lovely and helped make our stay even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Capri and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Sorrento. Thank you, Teresa, for everything! We hope to return soon! ❤️"
