Excellent stay in Sorrento

This is one of the best lodging experiences I have had traveling abroad. The manager always went out of his way to help in any way he could. The apartment was cleaned every day! Perfect location!!

We were in the Rosemaria room and loved it. Excellent location, very clean and having a small kitchenette was wonderful. The two circular windows on the corners of this room provided a nice cross breeze and a wonderful spot to people watch. With the windows closed and room darkening curtains it was quiet and peaceful. One of our favourite spots during our five weeks in Europe. Mossimo met us and got us checked in very efficiently. High recommend.

Excellent location

The apartment is located in an excellent location in Sorrento, 10 minute walk from the train/bus stations and harbour, on the same street as restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable large bed, kitchenette area (2x hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster) with dining table and sofa. Massimo was a very friendly and accommodating host. We would happily stay again if visiting Sorrento.

Residence il Pozzo was the perfect base for our stay in beautiful Sorrento. It was so central, very clean and Massimo was really helpful and very easy to contact. I’ll definitely stay here if I come back to Sorrento.

Centre of Sorrento and easy walking distance to everything! Massimo welcomed us warmly and was helpful throughout our stay. Comfortable bed & great to have a fridge & cooking facilities. Only negative (if I have to choose one) is that there is no view as the property is in the middle of town so it’s only the building next door! 1minute to view point which looks over the harbour...so that was great :)

Lived up to our expectations

Just back from a three nights stay in il Pozzo with my daughter and can recommend it to anyone looking for this type of accommodation in the heart of the old town. It appeared to be situated in a block of residential apartments and felt very secure. An ideal base for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. We were welcomed by Massimo who took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything we needed to know. We had the Basilico studio apartment which was spacious and well equipped and the terrace was a bonus. There are stairs leading to the apartments but I am 83 and had no problem with them. I could go on and on but prefer to give a concise review on the type of accommodation offered. il Pozzo lived up to our expectations - and more. Thank you Massimo.

Fantastic

We had a balcony and a small kitchen so we had breakfast and sometimes dinner out there. Room had everything we needed in a perfect location. Massimo was very helpful and friendly. If returned to Sorrento would only stay here.

Perfect place in Sorrento

This was an excellent place for our time in Sorrento. It was clean and quiet but in a location that was near to all of the sights and sounds of Sorrento. Josie was kind and helped us with an early check in and even intervened when a language barrier was causing problems with our scooter rental. This was a great value and I would recommend highly.

La Residence Il Pozzo est très bien situé au cœur même de quartier historique de Sorrento. Une chambre pratique avec un petit balcon. idéal pour l'apéro ou pour finir la soirée avec un bon vin. Épicerie, restos à proximité et à 10 minutes de la station de train et d'autobus. En prime le propriétaire Massimo est une perle.

Beautiful hotel, great location

Loved this hotel. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Room was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed plus more. Location is great with lots of places near by for shopping, eating and the beach is a short stroll away. I would highly recommend this hotel.

piace il Pozzo

We were arriving late, form Naples, but this was not a problem. We contacted Il Pozzo, before the trip, by email, and Massimo was there to meet us on arrival. The apartment is compact, but roomy, and had everything needed, including cooking facilities. Very clean and with a deal of thought in its layout. The balcony was spacious and overlooked a garden. Location was within the pedestrian area of Sorrento, and very central for shops and access to the port, via an elevator, located a block away. Massimo was on site from about 10:00am and was very helpful about directions and information. We would recommend Il Pozzo.
