"The hotel is brand new in a good area of DT Seattle, very clean super tasteful design great mattress and bedsheets love the room size very spacious and the shower was GREAT The breakfast was ok , not too many choices and the room was pretty small. Overall amazing considering the price we paid ."

"We arrived and it was busy no one was reaching out to help and front desk staff was less than pleasant to deal with. We received a phone call apologizing for how bad the service was at 8:30 at night. We were busy and barely at the hotel. Just not what we thought it was going to be! "

Our flight schedule did not mesh well with check in and check out times, but they went out of their way to make sure we could have a wonderful trip. "Great stay: location is next to Pike Place Market, easy walking distance to restaurants, Seattle Centre, Monorail, shopping, movie theatres, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is a reasonable size, modern and comfortable. Restaurant has delicious food, although the service is slow and inconsistent. I recommend the hotel! "

"To places for breakfast the bagel shop was busy but good. The other restaurant was a sit down and not very kid friendly. Kids love the pool and hot tub."
