Eu sempre escolho o IBIS nas cidades que costumo viajar a trabalho, mas em Itu fiquei com minha família, e alguns pontos a observar : - no quarto familiar ao montarmos a cama retrátil para irmos embora, observamos um pouco de sujeira e inclusive uma tesoura pequena que deixamos no quarto, prova clara que o quarto não foi adequadamente limpa ; - os batentes da porta com as fitas de madeira descascando, prova de falta de manutenção; - deixar uma família com bebê pequeno, que foi o meu caso, no mesmo andar com vários quartos com cachorros, realmente não é adequado pelos latidos dos cães que dependendo do horário, acorda o nenê no seu horário de sono. Estes pontos me pegaram de surpresa, mas por outro lado o atendimento sempre gentil e prestativo do pessoal da refeição.

Trata-se de um bom Hotel, equipe de recepção muito atenciosa. No meu entendimento, alguns itens poderiam ser melhor, considerando o valor da diária, faltou toalha de rosto, café da manhã pode ser melhor. O carpete do corredor que leva aos quartos, deveria ser substituido por piso frio, o qual certamente elevaria a qualidade do hotel.

Fiquei no quarto 351 e a experiência foi desagradável. Apesar de não ter necessidade, o único quarto disponível apra reserva era um adaptado para deficientes. A princípio, sem problema, mas infelizmente o quarto não tinha interfone (imagina um acidente com deficiente, sem o mesmo poder se comunicar com o exterior?) e o sistema de alarme de incêndio estava com falha, mesmo eu tendo alertado na noite anterior, pouco depois de minha chegada ao hotel. Quanto ao sistema de incêndio em específico, o sinal luminoso vermelho estava acendendo sem parar e eu imediatamente reclamei na recepção. O funcionário subiu ao quarto e alegou ter resolvido - de fato, parou de piscar. Porém, o sistema permanecia com falha, tanto que às 4:30 da manhã, começou a disparar e permaneceu por cerca de 30 segundos, fazedo com que eu acordasse e não conseguisse mais dormir. Portanto, vejo duas falhas grandes, ao menos neste quarto emq ue fiquei. Do mais, o hotel tem estrutura compatível com similares da rede Ibis
