Falta empatia !

Estamos nos hospedando no hotel desde fevereiro, toda semana, ao menos 3 diárias Pedi, em caráter de exceção, o check- in antecipado pois tive um mau estar e gostaria de ter tido a oportunidade de descansar um pouco antes do trabalho. A resposta foi um taxativo não, a não ser que eu pagasse meia diária a mais Toda semana eu libero o quarto às 8:50 quando poderia ficar até 12:00 Infelizmente o hotel não prioriza o bem estar de seus hóspedes.
