"Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings"

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"The views are amazing. We loved the balcony and the daily sounds of the horses on the street below. The apartment was adequate, but could use some care. The staff were friendly. We loved playing billiards that were available. Close to hiking. Our only regret is that the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities were not available because of the time of year we visited. Nevertheless, a great and inexpensive place to stay."

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "We recently visited Andorra for an off road motorcycle competition in St. Julia and this apartment was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again. The only concern that we had was that we really needed to have WiFi, preferably in our accommodation. It was only available in the hotel lobby and it was so slow that it barely functioned."

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "
