"Hotel sucio, no te daban ni jabon de manos, llegamos a las 00 de la noche y no pudimos ni ducharnos. Sangre en 1 de las sabanas y sucio en general. Nos dieron 1 papel higienico como cortesia....si gastabas mas de 1 tenias que comprarlos"

"We turned up expecting a comfortable apartment based on 3 star rating and wow!, absolutely shocking from the start. Went to the so called lobby? It was a room with a bar type desk. The man in a sweaty t shirt gave me the key and off I toddled to the room. First impressions set the tone and walked up to the first floor dodging the broken tiled stairs and into the apartment. Pictures will tell the story but the mixer tap in the bathroom only ran hot, no plugs and the toilet brush was horrible....

"Viaje familiar, sabíamos que usaríamos poco el apartamento con lo que necesitbamos poco. Lo positivo, tranquilidad, espacio, zonas comunes, aparcamiento fácil, terraza agradable. Lo malo: Camas incomodas, nevera que no funciona, sin gel, jabón, difícil comunicar con ellos antes del viaje. Cumple con tener un sitio para dormir y ducharte y darte un chapuzon, su vas para muchos dias y con idea de hacer vida en el apartamento no lo veo al menos nuestro apartamento. "

"Whole hotel was spotless and all staff very friendly. Room was great with nice balcony, overlooking rear garden area. It seems that most rooms are same size but the sea view rooms that were more expensive looked more old fashioned ! I prefered our more modern room ! Car parking is limited even in October but plenty just outside gates on playa. A little downside is no free water in room but lots shops to get from, it seems essential that to drink water to stay hydrated in the heat !! A little downside is no free water provided in rooms and no kettle for tea ! but not great problem as lots shops to buy water, it is essential in the heat to drink lots water ?"

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable; el personal no solo fue increíblemente atento y profesional, sino que también se anticipó a todas nuestras necesidades, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y cuidados en todo momento. Las instalaciones son de primera clase. Todo el hotel, desde las habitaciones hasta las áreas comunes, está diseñado con un gusto exquisito y se mantiene en perfectas condiciones. Es un lugar que combina lujo con comodidad, creando un ambiente ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. Finalmente, la comida merece una mención especial. Cada plato que probamos fue una delicia culinaria, preparado con ingredientes de alta calidad y una presentación digna de los mejores restaurantes. La variedad y el sabor de la oferta gastronómica fueron, sin duda, uno de los puntos más altos de nuestra experiencia. Recomiendo este hotel al 100% y estamos deseando volver."

"Checking in was quick and efficient and my room modern and airy. I was walking with a stick following an injury so happy that room was on first floor even though seaview not the best. Pool area was lovely and the lady on the pool bar was really nice. Went out at night so didnt experience hotel entertainment. The breakfast could have been more extensive in terms of selection but overall would revisit this hotel"
