Servis Apartment di Daerah Soraku

"I really liked the room and the place, the onsen, too, so in total, I’d give the place 9/10. Minus 1 point because we had some issues checking in because one of the guests lost access to email, and there was no one to assist at the hotel, we had to spend quite some time to connect with the property management."

"Our stay was good. Everything was convenient with food places and transportation."

"Very spacious rooms, the beds were very comfortable! Extremely clean."

"We absolutely loved this hotel! Fantastic location that was out of the busyness of the main districts but in close walking proximity to convenience stores, restaurants, places for coffee and breakfast, and of course the castle and the imperial palace grounds. Great rooms - such a fantastic size for Japan, which was great for our crawling ten month old who wanted to crawl and pull himself up on everything. Staff were lovely and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again."

"Best location"

"Loved staying here, check in was easy. Lovely and clean room. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Japan again. Everything was so clean. I love the balcony too. Super nice view!"

"This was one of the best hotel so far. It was spacious and big with 3 beds. Very clean too. The highlight for me was there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The shower turns into a dryer. Very cool. Plus the location was perfect. There was 2 coffee shops nearby with great coffee and pastries. It was near 2 Family Marts. It was a 3 minute walk to Kuromon Market. And a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori. Awesome stay! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family."

"Great hospitality. "

"It is very close to Dotonbori markets & famous stores, but not as close to some of the main lines. However, stay itself is great & awesome to be able to use washer/dryer if you’re staying fit a while."

"The room had everything we needed. We were traveling with my son and niece which are both big Pokémon fans so they loved the Pokémon themed room. The room was small for all 4 of us which is usually expected in Japan but we made it work."

"he hotel was clean and close to a train station and convenience stores. The room was spacious enough for our family of four, and the beds were comfortable. However, it was a little far from Namba—a taxi ride cost us around ¥1,200. Taxis can stop right outside the hotel, making luggage drop-off easy. We especially appreciated the washing machine and the bathroom’s laundry-drying function. Unfortunately, this wasn’t clearly explained, so my husband initially took our clothes to a nearby...

"We had a modern oversized hotel room which was really great when travelling with our 2 young children. There was a large fridge and table with couch which was helpful. The shower and toilet was separated as well. The location is very convenient to Kyoto Station or Nara Line once we got orientated and there was also a drug store in walking distance. There is also coin operated laundry and a drying rack provided in the room. The door lock was numerical which was an ease not needing to carry around...

"Such a great hotel. Had washing machine in the room. Lovely staff so so nice and sweet. Right across temple that we can enter for free and very close to Kyoto station as well. Great location and overall very clean. I do recommend 11/10 I loved this stay"
