"Okay stay overall, though soured by improper cleaning. On first night after check-in, found hairs, probably from previous guests, in bathroom, as well as hair stuck to the nightstand in the suite by some mystery gooey substance. Bathroom also had an odd unpleasant smell, somewhat like a sewer would smell like. Not fun going in there. Didn't have a long stay, so just pushed through."

"I've stayed here many times. I come back because the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's also a great location for my needs. The one improvement they could make would be the breakfast. It's included so it's not a big deal, but a little effort to expand the options would make a difference for people who are staying there on business for a week or longer."

"I was really looking forward to celebrating my husband’s and my birthday weekend at this resort, but unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed. The property appears to be in need of updates and better maintenance. During our stay, the only outdoor adult hot tub was out of order, the cornhole set was worn and falling apart, and the steam rooms were unavailable during our scheduled spa treatments. We were also disappointed to learn that the food truck and poolside drink service were weather-dependent, which wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. Additionally, the in-room products did not meet the level of quality we expected for a resort of this caliber. That said, we did really enjoy the restaurant, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming."

"We stayed in the Railroad Baron room for our Anniversary. It was very comfortable and loved the fireplace and deep soak tub. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I called the front desk after hours because our lighter wasn’t working to light the fireplace. They called within a few minutes to get us a new one. Wonderful big breakfast served in our room and wine and cheese at 4. Quick walk down to the beach and shops and restaurants. Loved it!"

"The Inn was charming, quiet and clean. The staff outstanding. Breakfast was along the lines of a continental breakfast, which was delicious and was brought to our room. We cannot wait to go back there."

"The location was perfect! Cute area, perfect for walkable experiences. However, the cost for 1 night was a lot considering the place was decorated with mismatched furniture collected from a Goodwill. The towels were also overly use/washed and need to be replaced. The mattresses were AWFUL - they’re so old, Jesus probably slept on them. They should use the money from the over priced motel to get new items so people can actually enjoy the stay. "

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times but this time the place seemed unkempt. As we entered the building to our room the trash cans were over-flowing and people left trash on the ground. The next day the trash was still there. We were put in a room for handicapped people but had not requested it. The shower was intended for someone that had to sit and use the shower; it was not convenient."
