"The room was clean, beds were comfy. There are great places to eat along the shore within walking distance. Easy access to the beach and running trail. We had the window open and it was car week, so some outside traffic noise in the early morning, but we were grateful they did not hike up the room costs for car week by an outrageous amount! Would stay again."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. Trevor was extremely helpful with check-in and anything else we needed! He was truly the goat. The room itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had is we were staying in a two bed room and one bed was insanely squeaky. Everytime they moved at night we were waking up. But our bed made no noise at all. Its crazy how much noise it made. Other than that, amazing stay. Will be staying again if I come to Santa Cruz for another over night. "

"My first time ever going and stay in Santa Cruz and this location was perfect, staff was friendly and so helpful with accommodating my check in time. the share bathroom/ shower was not bad at all everyone was respectful sharing rooms in the house, will for sure being going back soon during winter :)"

"The beds are comfortable but the pillows are too soft. The breakfast part was good except no protein like eggs. Another thing I’m upset about is when I planned my trip I chose this hotel because the pics on the website looked pretty. When I arrived nothing like what was advertised. So this was the only part of my vacation that I was very unhappy about. False advertising is something I don’t respect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I should get a refund for this false advertisement and...

"Close to the center of Santa Cruz, therefore everything is nearby. Management continues to upgrade."

"The room was clean and up to date. The pool area was nice and the kids loved the free snow cones. We liked the view of the boardwalk and pier. Super convenient access to the beach, pier, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. I will definitely go back again."
