"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

"The hotel is very new, clean, and smells divine. I wasn't super sure about staying here with children, but it turned out to be totally great and fun given the amenities. The beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed. We didn't go to the casino, so can't comment on that, but as a hotel, you'll definitely enjoy your stay!"

"Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left."

"Our room was ready when we arrived. It was bigger than we expected. It was also clean. Check in was fast and friendly staff. The breakfast was great a lot of good options and it never ran out, which is nice when the hotel is sold out. I did not use hot tub. Overall a great experience and we will still here again."

"Front desk staff, Hannah, greeted me with a friendly smile; such a nice welcome at the end of my day’s travel. She was friendly and polite, assisting me with local restaurant and 4th of July event recommendations. The room was stylish and the bed (mattress and pillows) were very comfortable. The airport shuttle driver, Vern, met me with a smile for my early morning plane departure. I will return here again on my next visit through Spokane."

"My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most."

"The only thing good about this hotel is that it is pet friendly and pets stay there for free. Otherwise there was blood and cigarette burns on the comforter in our first room & the TV didn't work. Went and complained about it & switched rooms. And before you even start, yes, I know it's a motel 6. I know what I'm getting and walking in to, however, that DOES NOT mean that it should be unkept this bad and that anyone should have to endure this & pay for it.
