"If I could give this hotel six stars, I would have. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, and patient with our questions. They provided us with drinks as VIP expedia members as well, which was nice of them. The hotel itself is located minutes away from the subway and bus stations, which provides an easier time going to various places. This is important since Busan is quite vast and sites can be far from each other. I would recommend this location! "

"Check in was okay. Air conditioning was not allowed to switch on as they claimed it is winter period but unless it is country side, it is okay to open window. Problem is that the room is facing exhuast pipe of opposite building and no fan to assist in air circulation. Finally staff called the so call boss to allow air condition on. But worst part is aircond failed on 3rd day. Hotel then changed room which is slightly better than the previous room.Check in lobby is like a store area, no feeling of a hotel lobby. Room wise, needs upgrading, breakfast is common and feels more like a factory canteen and nothing special. Only consolation is heated toilet seat and Bujeon subway is at doorstep."

"My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan."
