"The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. "We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse,...

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"Fijn hotel in een oud kantoorpand midden in een (druk) winkelcentrum, wat overigens niet voor overlast zorgt. Ideaal hotel voor een nachtje aan de grens. Parkeren is gratis voor hotelgasten, alhoewel het erg druk in de algemene garage is."

Als de eigen garage nog plekken heeft, kost parkeren €10, maar is goedkoper dan in de publieke parkeergarages. Ontbijt €10 p.p. maar zeker het geld waard. Typisch Duitse kamers voorzien van (nieuwe) split unit airco's. met 32 graden en de zon vol op de kamer, was de kamer als nog heerlijk koel. Heerlijke bedden en douche."
