"The idea of the place is really nice. The upkeep and the overall state of the estate could be better. We were in chalet 16, where the bathroom has a strong odor and the sink is leaking. Chalet 17 & 18 were unfinished and full with burned waste, which made chalet 16 feel a bit unsafe. The zebra’s around the chalet was great, the kids loved it. You had to bring your own towels, for a place being just as expensive as a 4-star hotel, it did not live up to the expectations."

"Accommodation is basic but clean and functional. We love all the outdoor pools both warm and cold as they are in pristine condition. The indoor hot pool is amazing at night. Good way to relax before bedtime. There is only one waterslide but it is fast and fun. Mini golf course is very challenging but great."
