"Lovely staff sorry couldnโt remember exactly their names both Tensy/tansy? And latoya I think her name was.. they were really professional, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was from reception, housekeeping, pool and bar areas. Could not fault anyone, excellent service. As per the room.. The double bed was not the most comfortable as it kept moving apart with just the slightest movements, the toilet smelled like sewage and you could hear everything as the walls or doors were not soundproof. Thatโs just the room.. But the breakfast and amenities were amazing! They also had few bits of breakfast for those like us who had to leave at 5am. Would recommend the hotel and staff."

"This hotel stay was one of the best Iโve experienced. Upon arrival Andrea at reception made the check in process quick and easy. She was super helpful throughout our stay. The room was super clean and even had a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us with a personalized note. They offered complimentary breakfast buffet which was some of the best breakfast food ever! The poolside bar was a lot of fun and they had entertainment Wednesday-Sunday nights which was a great touch. They have a restaurant on site that opens for paid lunch and dinner. The dinner buffet was only 20 euro a person and worth every penny. They had many options to choose from including desserts. The staff here at JS Palma were all amazing, special shoutout to the maids, they were especially nice and friendly. There is no parking at the hotel so if you rent a car be prepared to look for street parking. There are many restaurants nearby as well as the beach just a short walk away. You will not regret choosing this hotel!"

"Everything was great! Wish there s a shop at the hotel. The mini golf needs to be renovated. The staff members were great n friendly. The only confusing part was the maze from the front desk to the room or pool/beach."

"The hotelseems to have undergone renovation as the whole decor looks very new and fresh. It is very tasteful. The room itself is on the smaller side but also functional and bathrooms are brilliant. Air conditioning unit are news and easy to operate. The food is good - we had half board and werr ok with the choice availsble. If you are wegetarian options are quite limited and the wedgie corner will likely not have any protein options as an example it had only cooked weg yesterday. One big minus is the housekeeping never changed used glasses just left the dirty ones in the room for 4 days. We also never got coffee refills."
