"We really enjoyed our stay here. There is everything you need in the little hotel village. And it's right at the foot of the mountain. We wanted to stay longer but we had to move on. We will definitely come back and stay here again."

"Kids & I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Staff were attentive and responsive when engaging with our inquiries. Only feed back I have for improvement is the issue with the washroom ventilation system. There seems to be no venting fan and the washroom smelt of urine, stale air and a bit fishy at times, even when only te shower was used all day. Not sure how to remedy this as this is also a new building (2025). Maybe a scent Managment system?"

"We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach"
