"We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."

"10 out of 10!! Excellent food, perfect and super friendly service, great refurb. Big thanks to all the teammembers - it is not easy after a re-opening to such a great job. One thing: the access from the beach to the resort should be controlled, we noticed people from outside using the hotel facitilities, could also be a safety issue."

"Great breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Great location. Beautiful views. Comfy and large beds. Mini fridge was useful. Excellent internet access. Easy access via a gate to the stunning Cala Gran beach. Tons of restaurants easy walking distance including down to the Marina. Supermarket a stones throw away. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"What can I say about this amazing property? This was by far, a hotel that has exceeded my expectations, which rarely happens anymore. The grounds are spectacular, the villa is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. Every day we would come back to the property, I was amazed that I was able to stay in such a gorgeous environment. The staff is also incredible, they get to know you and they really seem to care about your experience. Absolutely loved this hotel, cannot recommend...

"Loved this hotel - very central to shops and a 3-5 min walk to the beach - all the staff are very friendly frbut m reception to the bar staff , I want to recognise Mohammed young man working in the bar he was so friendly and superb customer service , the entertainment is brilliant lead by Ally he is so much so fun puts his heart and soul into making sure everyone enjoys their holidays , he would be a miss if he ever left for sure - if you’re on the fence about booking don’t hesitate brilliant...

"Although dated, the property is quiet and incredibly well maintained. The common areas are comfortable annd clean. Access to a great beach is just outside the gate. The staff are very friendly and able to communicate in multiple languages. The dining options are plentiful and better quality than equivalent properties in its class.
