We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this Coorg resort — truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We came as a family to celebrate two 75th birthdays, and the entire team made it effortless, joyful, and deeply special. From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of everything with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
A heartfelt thank you to Chef Mathii, Dubey, and Vivek — you were outstanding and made us feel truly looked after throughout the stay. What touched us most was how thoughtful the team was about the celebrations. They didn’t just acknowledge the birthdays — they created real moments. We were surprised with beautiful birthday setups with balloons and decorations, and they even baked cakes for three people in our group. It felt personal and far beyond what we expected. Our elders were smiling the entire time.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, and the resort is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature. The activities were a big highlight, and the staff made everything smooth: Sanjay guided our nature walk and birdwatching beautifully, and Sameer made the shooting activity fun, safe, and easy for first-timers. The petting zoo was a delight, golf was well organized, and the movie theater made evenings extra special.
Special mention again to Chef Mathii for authentic Coorgi dishes — full of flavor, fresh, and comforting. The bar and wine cellar added a premium touch to the celebrations. Highly recommended.
