"The hotel is really cool and in a very old structure. Appointed very well with modern amenities but still keeping a lot of the old world charm. Located perfectly to visit the Santuario La Donna Della Corona. Breakfast was large and plenty of choices. The staff was great! They were eager to answer questions or help arrange for needs. "

"We stayed at Truly Verona from 5th to 7th june 2024 The check in was flawless .the apartment was clean. It totally lived up the pictures shown on Hotels.com The communication with the staff was excellent- as they had given us a whatapp number to communicate. We didnt have any toilet paper in the apartment when we arrived - they delivered asap. We Needed a drying rack, softer pillows - they delivered asap ! We needed advice on where to eat , where to visit , what bus to take etc and they were...

Staff were helpful and accomodating. The only drawback : the property has only one small elevator that goes from floor 1 (not the ground), so the hotel is not for travelers with lots of heavy baggage. "
