"Customer service -- from the two staff members with whom I interacted -- was friendly and cooperative. Our beds were clean and comfortable. === But: General maintenance in this motel is poor. The refrigerator in our first guest room was smelly, moldy, and didn't seem to be functioning. We were promptly given another guest room, and it smelled funny . . . Sort of like vomit. The area behind the toilet in our second guest room really needed a good cleaning. One of the towels in our second guest...
