"Under construction in the lobby. Little to no Continental breakfast. I tried to get hot water, but it was no longer hot. We had to get new sheets because there was blood on the ones that were in the bed when we checked in. The tub would not hold water. Wires coming out of the walls with ni covers. "

"The room was immaculate! Perfect in every way. The entire hotel is incredibly clean, including the main lobby and restrooms. You can tell they have great policies and staff. I especially like the clean towels to dry hands on with a small laundry hamper for their collection after use. I hardly ever saw any soiled towels in the basket as they are always servicing the restrooms and their guests! The room was well equipped with dual luggage racks, ironing board, quality clothing hangars, mini fridge (stocked with coffee cream!), microwave, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels in the ultra modern bathroom. Plenty of supplies like soap and shampoo. Every fixture has a luxurious feel. Super high quality and the location is truly the most convenient if you are participating in campus events or visiting a student. A+"

"They were out of everything! No fruit! No muffins! Pillows had a terrible smell! Very dissatisfied! The shampoo and conditioner and lotion containers were very hard to use and one was empty! We stayed here before and no problems! Very disappointed this time!"
