The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. The toilet in my room leaked and they’ve fixed it immediately. My sea view room had a good size balcony. The restaurant and bar offered tasty food. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were not very well insulated for noise though.

Hotel is a bit tired and can look shabby in areas. I could hear the tv in the next room which wasn't great. However, great breakfast, hotel was very clean, staff were lovely and if I was in the area i would stay here again.

While our room was small for the price point, they make up for it slightly with a great breakfast. The rooms were clean but the bathroom shower leaked onto the floor a lot if not careful. One evening our room door was not fully closed by the cleaning staff which was not ideal or encouraging. Overall a nice location and was a good space for the 4 nights we had there.

This is our second stay at Fergus Hotel, Soller. We loved it! It is in a perfect location, the buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and we couldn’t fault our room. It was clean and fresh. We hope to be back again next year!

The hotel is lovely and very relaxed atmosphere. We had a fabulous time. Our room was lovely with balcony. My only regret is that we did not get a room with a balcony over looking the bay. Unfortunately , the hotel was fully booked and we could not upgrade.

Great location & staff

Super location, very friendly & helpful staff, fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Room was large and spotless each day after cleaning. Only negative was I didn’t like the pillows (but I have bad neck!).

I enjoyed staying here. Couldn't sleep in tho, as its loud in the AM. Doors banging and loud talking. Gregory was great and attentive. Would recommend staying here, quite relaxing w ocean view. Room was cleaned everyday.

We where looking for a some what kids-friendly hotel in Port De Soller and we're so pleased with our stay! The suite was perfect. Kids had their own room, street was quiet, view from balcony was nice (just by the church tower) . A carpark nearby so very convenient. There it was also a large newly built playground with shade in the afternoon that the kids loved. Nice breakfast and restaurant menue, friendly staff. WE're really so happy with our stay.

The location was superb, quiet and peaceful for sleep, the Hotel staff were extremely helpful, we booked a garden view but were given a terrible view of the back of other buildings. I think Expedia are to blame for this.

The location of this property was across from the ocean and close to all restaurants and amenities. The breakfast that was included with our booking was excellent. A huge variety of food, coffee's and even bubbles! Seating was abundant and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio each morning. The room was clean and accurately reflected the pictures provided. We were not aware that the pool is actually not on the property and at the end of the block. And, it closed at 5:00PM. If I weren't busy all day exploring areas of Mallorca I would have been disappointed. Also worth mentioning is parking is a HUGE challenge. There is no parking on site, roadway parking or public parking lots are really, really difficult to secure and we were there in May! Cannot imagine parking in peak season. We did finally get a paid parking spot in an underground for 10 Euros for 24 hours but we got extremely lucky after driving around for over 30 minutes searching.

We enjoyed our stay at Fergus Style Soller. The hotel/room was clean, the room space was excellent. There was some details missing, like two cups in the room but no tea/coffee option. Also, no glasses/bottle opener in the room, we had to ask the reception every time, but the personnel was always kind and helpful so overall it was fine. The pool was nice, even if it closes early at 6:30 pm. I would recommend this hotel!
