On a couple of occasions there was some rambling in the hallway and couldn’t check if it was safe to open door. Also, it would be great if a booklet with information regarding the apartment and area could be provided. I have to mention that communication with property management was excellent and professional. "One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

I assumed that the extra sleeping was only on a pullout sofa, which would’ve been terrible… But there was a loft with two beds above, so our unit could sleep easily for people comfortably and maybe a fifth. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day.
