"When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The only hotel in my entire multiple visits to India where i had to deliver my own suitcases to my room. Not very impressed overall. No intention of returning here. "
"Great hotel and staff very friendly. Everything you need plus great location - oasis away from hustle and bustle of delhi. Walkable to lots of restaurants and bars.
Staff go above and beyond "
