"We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! "

"I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel, thanks so much to Michelle & the staff at reception who made our stay very memorable. City Centre is a 15-20 minute walk, but it is a very pleasant walk that we decided to do every day. Lavov Most metro is nearby and is only 1 stop to Serdika station in the city centre if you prefer this option. When we come back to Sofia we will stay at this hotel again. One of the best I have stayed in. Rooms are so comfortable and clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
