You get what you pay for
When we arrived we were told that the room for four (the apartment) wasn’t available. (They took no responsibility for this. Blaming hotels.com for making a reservation for a room that was unavailable) The receptionist couldn’t find our booking. So we were put into two double rooms. The check in wasn’t done correctly due to this. We didn’t pay when we arrived. We weren’t registered with our passports and told about the tourist tax. We were told we could have breakfast and then the next morning told we can’t. The room itself was nice. Although not what we wanted/reserved. The noise from the main road outside was loud. Above us was a restaurant and early morning the moving of chairs woke us up. The pool was ok. But no other facilities were working (hot tub or sauna). The parking was very good.

We chose this hotel due to its easy access to main roads. Initially the hotel looked deserted and we had to call the reception to guide us to the working section. We booked a twin room, but we were given a double room, so we had to ask for a change. The room was spacious, but there was only one dim light for the whole place.

A very good alternative and one more option for the SPA lovers. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is descent. Restaurant menu is OK.

Original design hotel on the Sofia ring road near mount Vitosha and the Boyana neighbourhood. I did not manage to get to the spa but the suite was very comfortable and I found the design of the building to be original. I stayed at the suite on the 7th floor and the views of mount Vitosha and the city of Sofia were beautiful!

Property and room amenities need major attention
Bathtub leaking and acknowledgment by staff, linens old, towels too few, some with holes. The room seems like it had never been painted, mold in bathroom, AC did not work, was repaired on day two. All and all, probably needs some major attention. I would rate it as a two star motel.

The hotel is quite nice, has plenty of amenities, but it is not very well taken care of. The Spa area didn't function properly, there is no sauna available (even it is shown). Except from that it is located on the top of a mountain and has a fantastic view to the city from its rooftop restaurant. On the day we reached there, the room wasn't done, some leftovers from previous clients, as well as lack of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

The pool was lovlely. the food in the restaurant was excellent, I loved all the vegetables with the slow cooked pork neck and the breakfast muesli with all the seeds and proper yoghurt was the best on the trip so far. Parking facility excellent also. Minor details: level 8 staff correct but unenthustastic and the setting of the hotel is in a bit of a wasteland.

The hotel was pleasant and clean. Some staff were helpful but some not all that helpful as they didn’t understand English very well. There is no public transport near hotel which is a big draw back, so had to take taxi all the time. Breakfast neads to be improved immensely with different varieties as it was the same every day. There is no tour information on how to get a tour. The receptionist tried to book a tour but didn’t get anywhere so gave up. Very limited English entertainments which was a down side, the hotel needs to upgrade on T.V entertainments. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed it. The staff at the reception and the cleaner ladies were very friendly. However i would 't say the same at the spa/pool and the breakfast. One of the them was even fairly rude at the breakfast. A smile doesn't kill...

Great stop!
We chose this hotel online, noting that it was on our route going out of Sofia for our next day traveling. So we have no idea of its convenience for sightseeing in the central part of the city, which you don't want to miss if this is the only time you'll be in Sofia. The hotel was right off the A1 and had lots of construction around it. That being said, the hotel itself was very modern, clean, with a helpful staff, and very good breakfast. The heating system in our room could not be controlled well, so a window had to be cracked open to cool down our room to sleep. We were grateful for the comfortable bed, great shower, and we rested well! Restaurant was very convenient, but on the expensive side. But, we got a great rate and would stay here again!

If they want to host more businessman (who happen to like morning gym) they have to open fitness much earlier than 9AM, since by that time most of businessman are already gone from hotel.

Great for Business.
My overall stay at the Earth and People hotel was good. The hotel is quiet and good for business. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was great and the gym was satisfactory. Just remember you are in the middle of nowhere and about 15 mins from the centre of Sofia by car.

Good value, but unremarkable.
Perfectly decent hotel on the Sofia ring road, to the south of the city centre. The building itself is unattractive, but prices are very good. The location is not ideal; the few local shops, garages and restaurants are on the other side of the ring road, and cannot be easily walked to. Rooms are comfortable and clean - but not exactly luxurious. My room was not as nice any of the photos on Hotels.com. But the mini bar was reasonably priced, as was the room itself.

QUITE DISAPPOINTING!!
Questionable cleanliness in the bath tub,killed my possible desire to use it for something more than just a quick shower. The staff were either upset\annoyed\bored, either were simply rude, acting like they couldn't care less & I didn't appreciate it at all. So overall - NOT RECOMMENDED, not for this price!!
