No credit towards rewards

They let me check in late,which was good,but i did not get credited toward my rewards for the night,because they told hotels.com and me that they didn't havr record of my staying there,which was unfortunate,because i was low on money and it would have been my 10th night,and i was depending on the free night in another city Tje hostel was ok,but if you really need to collect nights,look elsewhere

The hostel is located a bit outside of the city centre, so depending on each person, this could either be ideal or not. The metro is located very close by to the hostel, but the neighbourhood of the hostel itself seemed a bit dodgy, and I e.g. didn't feel comfortable walking there alone at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me call a taxi, helped with my laundry, and put me in a room with other females so that I would feel more comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. The room was decently clean, and the heating worked. The bathroom floor was constantly wet and so the bathroom didn't feel that clean. There were no big cooking facilities or common areas, at least not by the reception, but I didn't make use of these myself so it wasn't an issue. It would be a huge future plus I believe if the hostel provided some information about Sofia upon arrival, such as where to eat, places to visit, etc. Other than that, I had a good experience with the hostel :) thank you!

후진 호스텔

왜 이 호스텔이 평점이 높은 지 이해가 안된다. 영어가 전혀 안되는 직원, 서비스도 개판, 영업을 하자고 하는지... 직원들은 뭐가 불만이 많은지 표정들이 어둡고 불친절하다. 다시는 가고 싶지않다.

Ok

For about 1 euro more there are better options in Sofia, with own bathroom... But the room was ok and quit. Metro stop khan kubat , by this stop is also a billa and atm machine. If you by a day ticket for metro 4 LEV , the lady by ticker office have to scan your ticket before you enter the metro. No worries, no long lines and she knows what to do. 1 single ticket cost 1.60 LEV. By hostel you can only pay cash ( euro or LEV).

We arrived at night when the surrounding streets weren't very well lit so felt a little uncomfortable. Apart from that, it was a nice stay.

Great Stay

Our stay at 10 coins hostel was just great. The hostel staff is very helpful. Communication is not a problem. Even when your stay at hostel is over you can still count on them. Great team
