"This by far is the best Ibis I’ve stayed at! Great location close to airport and free shuttle 24 hours a day! The breakfast spread is definitely out of this world! "A comfortable hotel well located for touring the capital. It sits across from a park and the street is quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast is good though coffee service gets overwhelmed and though tasty, coffee is not terribly hot. The bar and lounge is quiet but service is great. The restaurant is comfortable with excellent service - the outside decking area is very pleasant."

"Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel flambant neuf, la première le jour de notre arrivée à Sofia et la deuxième la veille de notre départ après avoir parcouru le pays. Comme nous étions cinq nous avons bénéficié d'un duplex au 8ème et dernier étage. L'hôtel est à 1/2h en voiture de l'aéroport et à 20mn à pied (ou 5€ en taxi) du boulevard Vitosha, centre vivant de la ville . Il dispose aussi d'un parking pour 10€ la journée."

"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
