"Room was clean but there were items missing from the shower - no shampoo or body wash. As well, there was a fire drill at 5:00 am - the announcement was quite loud and exact. However there was no all clear announcement made. Someone on the staff went outside to tell the people waiting outside the lobby area that it was a false alarm. The rest of us had to figure things out for ourselves in the cold - and some people were in bedclothes and no shoes. Need a better emergency plan in place."

""My boyfriend and I just returned from our stay at the Finger Lakes treehouse, and it was an absolutely magical experience. It was our first time staying here, and we were blown away by how peaceful, tranquil, and gorgeous the setting is. The space is so well-thought-out and every amenity was perfect. We loved having the pond and the pigs nearby—it added such a charming, relaxing touch to our getaway. Plus, the location is ideal; everything we wanted to explore was just a 14–15 minute drive away. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet escape!""

"Staff was great, hotel is very clean, and it’s in a good location. The room was big and comfortable. They have a very good breakfast as far as free hotel breakfast goes. This was the 2nd time I stayed there and it will be the only place I stay when I visit my family. I have stayed other hotels in the area and this one is my favorite by far."
