The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Elevator had a good security system with monotor in front of the lobby. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Food choice was limited around the hotel. But there was a big super market, onsen style spa, drugstore, cosy cafe, and close enough for the outlet mall.

It’s right next to Sodegaura Station- very convenient. Plus they have free breakfast for everyone. The only thing that was a let down in our experience was the staff at the front desk. Not smiling, straight/poker face when she talked to us but we saw her smiling and very helpful with Japanese guests. I hope im mistaken but this should be addressed by hotel management either way.

ホテルは とても綺麗でした。 部屋も壁が白と青で清潔感もあり 青は落ち着く感じで とても癒されました。 ただ トイレの流しは なかなか流れにくかった… 部屋付きのお風呂も 足が真っ直ぐ伸ばせて リラックス出来ました。 朝ごはんは ビュッフェだと思って楽しみにしてたけど 数も少なく 唐揚げは チンした物で カレーは あまり美味しくなかった … ご飯茶碗が無く カレーを食べない人も カレー皿にご飯をよそって 食べる感じで 鮭も無く納豆も無く ふりかけ？ ごま塩 ？ 味のりで食べる感じでした 。 出来合いのナポリタンは 美味しかったです。 ちょっとした サラダとナポリタン 唐揚げ カレー ごま塩 味のり 味噌汁 かぼちゃスープ ミンクパンとアップルパン これしか無かった … ちょっと残念かなー せめてご飯茶碗と納豆は マストだと思う … でも 部屋は綺麗だったから良かった 。
