"Very clean and helpful for all allergies, the staff were super pleasant to talk to, and had super clear communication about expectations and policies and answered any and all questions we had. Fantastic experience and the rooms themselves were comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to be in the area and if we visit again we'll be staying here once again!"

"We arrived before check-in time, but the desk staff was really helpful - gave us a call when the room was ready, so we were able to go on a bike ride around Hood River. I always appreciate older, classic properties, and the Columbia Gorge Hotel and Spa is a gem. Great, comfortable room, great food at Valentino's, and grounds that make you want to explore. The price was great, and we'll stay again the next time we're in town."
