"Pousada bem simples, optamos pela hospedagem por ser pet friendly. Algumas áreas comuns precisam ser reformadas urgentemente, estão em condições bem precárias. Pedimos para antecipar o café da manhã, pois eu e meu marido íamos participar de uma prova de corrida bem cedo, assim como pelo menos outros 8 hóspedes e eles não nos atenderam. Disseram que não seria possível. Se tiver algum pedido específico, sugiro recomendar com eles a possibilidade de atender antes de fechar a reserva. "

"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"A pousada é um charme, e super bem organizada! Toda atenção possível aos detalhes, faz você querer passar dias na propriedade. Existem várias atividades para poder relaxar, além de fornecer serviço de spa e também de restaurante maravilhoso, para todas as refeições. É perrto da cidade, pra fazer o que for necessário, mas tem toda a calmaria e beleza que buscavamos. Ótimo custo-benefício. Voltaremos com certeza! "

"Hospedei-me na suite Estoril. As instalações estão bem degradadas , com rachaduras nas paredes e pintura bem amarelada. A janela esta bem encrostada. O banheiro é encardido e minúsculo , com espelho todo descascando e chuveiro elétrico de difícil regulagem. A TV é de 20", bem antiga e com imagem ruim. O sinal do WIFI é bem fraco.A varanda indicada nas fotos fica na garagem e não dentro do quarto, com circulação restrita se tem um carro guardado. A comida é normal , comparada a restaurantes...
