"Very good value for a really spacious junior suite - the bathroom was huge! Opposite (going one way) was a convenient bus to Old Town and a tram to Central going the other way. 15 mins to either. Get the Jakdojade app for day passes as they are not sold on the bus ticket machine onboard. We had executive suite lounge access and the evening hot food was very nice, alongside the free alcoholic drinks. Daytime snacks, on the other hand, were limited to some cookies. The pool / steam / sauna was a welcome end to our day (December) - very clean and spacious. Being a 5 star hotel, some interactions with junior staff were varied in them responding to our requests. Sometimes more experienced staff would step in to rectify and provide the service befitting their star rating. Nothing overly taxing but we would have preferred to hear ‘yes, I can take care of that for you’ than put the onus back on us (considering there were 3 staff gathered around the concierge not really doing anything). The wifi can be a bit hit and miss. Overall, we recommend this hotel for the price for its spacious room, executive lounge access and the pool / spa. Paying a little more for the room meant all of these things were included. While a little further out from the main areas, the transport was incredibly easy to use and allowed us to see more than just the tourist spots."

"Had to catch an Uber (bolt is a great option too) to get to the property. The drive was short and quick. Check in was easy and they helped me move up the shuttle time I selected the next morning. Hotel was modern, clean, and had a great breakfast buffet. "

"I didn't have breakfast, but the service was excellent, and the rooms were in perfect, clean condition and a pleasure to stay in. I was picked you and dropped off the next day since it was included. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the driver was kind and thoughtful. Great value for the price."

"The apartment was very compact and comfortable. Clean and had all kitchen requirements like fridge, microwave hob, kettle and kitchen utensils, we were very happy with the place. Hot water and a bath was so great after a hard day walking around warsaw. Bottles of water were a very welcome addition on our first day."
