"The room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Because the hotel is so huge with many different levels and many special areas it was initially difficult to actually find the breakfast rooms. "We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. "The hotel is in a great location, next to the Hell Valley walkable, and also Bear park, also walkable. In addition, the onsen is pretty decent and big, and there are outdoor onsens as well. Food is fantastic, and there are also arcade games in the hotel. Will not hesitate to visit here again."
