"We enjoyed our stay"

"The property is run down and not maintained. The whole time we were checking in there was a police officer going in and out looking for someone. Walking into the room was the final straw. Water damage on ceiling. Bed was not level and the comforter had stains. Layers of dust on chair legs and along walls. The smell of mildew was overwhelming. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading. We immediately went back to the desk to check out. Management refused us credit. Expedia did help us out,...

"The whole stay was truly a very pleasant experience, from the efficient valet, to very friendly checkin process, room with very well furnished amenities and extremely comfortable bed and pillows. I would highly recommend hotel to any one visiting the area, and will gladly return. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay."

"Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. "

"The parking is valet only $50 per day or you can self-park in the garage next door for $30 per day. They offer in-room dining, and a $39 breakfast buffet. We spent $400 for one room a night for family of 4. For this price, they didn’t have much amenities. No pool but a 24hr gym. The carpet in the room was noticeably dirty. The table tops were also stained. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were still hairs on the ground and shower. My biggest complaint was the pillows smelled so awful...
