"Unfortunately the toilet had not been cleaned and there was urine and hairs on the toilet seat. We called the front desk and it was taken care of, but the experience definitely left a sour taste. "This place was a headache from the start. We got into the city late and our door wouldn't open for us, and it took way too long chatting with the customer service for them to believe me that the code wasn't working.
